Reviews of the top 50 New Franchises of 2008

So I am wasting time at a Walgreens while I wait for an RX and I decided to pickup one of the Entrepreneur magazines and see they had a list of the top 50 new franchises in 2008. I bought it as I had an idea for the site.
So I thought for March I would read about each franchise and do some research and post a review \ opinion on each one as America seems to be more entrepreneurial then ever.
